Victor Zimet

Emmy Award winner Victor Zimet is a veteran of film and television. He has edited series for CBS, ABC, CNBC, FOX, including shows as varied as EXTREME MAKEOVER and 48 HOURS.

In 1999 he created Home Team Productions, along with his partner, Stephanie Silber. Highlights of that collaboration include BRAVO Profiles on Cyndi Lauper and Academy Award winner Robert Duvall, which Zimet co-produced as well as edited.

Home Team Productions’ most popular indie film, RANDOM LUNACY, played the festival circuit across the globe, winning Best Documentary awards in the course of three consecutive years.

Zimet’s latest feature, EVERYTHING IS FOREVER, is the third indie rock doc from Home Team. The previous films featured guitar great Rory Gallagher and Irish roots band Black 47.

Stephanie Silber is an award-winning documentary filmmaker.  Since 1999 she has owned and operated HOME TEAM PRODUCTIONS, along with partner Vic Zimet, producing quality non-fiction films.  High points of her career in film and television include THE GREEN BERETS, which aired on The History Channel; THE JEFFREY MACDONALD MURDER CASE for Court TV; ENVIRONMENTALISTS UNDER FIRE for Amnesty International and The Sierra Club; Bravo Profiles on Cyndi Lauper and Robert Duvall; educational docs in both long and short form for Asia Society; and indies RANDOM LUNACY; SONGS & STORIES: New York Remembers Rory Gallagher; and BLACK 47 at CONNOLLY’S.  Prior to focusing on writing, producing, and directing, Silber wrote for print media on a variety of topics, with an emphasis on the arts, health, and women’s issues.  She is a member of the Irish American Writers and Artists Association as well as Artists without Walls.  Presently, she is working on fiction projects.
